I exercised regularly for many years in a very traditional way. I was encouraged to try a Pilates class taught by Karen which I did. That was about six years ago. Nothing has been the same since. I have never been in better shape nor liked my workouts more than I do now. Karen knows proper form and through genuine caring guides her students through these workouts at a pace that always feels appropriate! This is a lifelong routine for me now!
