Beth Elkins has been my Pilates instructor on a weekly basis for over 10 years. She has an instinctual understanding of the many possible exercises and variations so that in my time with her, no two workout sessions have been alike. The one hour classes are always challenging and include exercises that work all parts of the body. As an instructor she helps you maintain correct form and breathing, which is important in getting the benefits from any exercise. I have three bulging lumbar discs and working out with Beth has helped me maintain strength and flexibility. Beth is great to work with and gets me to work hard while not feeling pressured or doing an exercise I’m not capable of.
